Level 1 Personal Fitness Training Course

Course Description

Certification for this course requires the student to receive a score of 75% in the evaluation, plus the student must provide proof of updated First Aid and CPR training.

It is highly recommended that students learning to become personal trainers take the Exercise Techniques course in conjunction with Level #1.


Training for Health and Fitness Level I is the foundation for all Personal Fintness Trainers.

This course teaches and tests on the essential information to train individuals in health clubs, gyms, community centers and other one-on-one fitness training environments. If you are new to personal training, this course will present the basic knowledge and principles necessary to effectively train your clients. Having a firm understanding of the basic fundamentals is a prerequisite to creativity and success in any field.
