Master’s Certificate in Personal Fitness Training


If you’re in the process of researching the Master’s Program in Personal Fitness Training Certification it means you’ve already accomplished quite a lot in your education. You should be well experienced in working with wide variety of individuals and in helping them attain their fitness goals. The SPI recognizes your efforts and is proud to be bringing you its Master Personal Fitness Trainer Certification materials.

The Master Personal Fitness Trainer Certification is developed from a broad background of scientific and practical knowledge related to personal training. Information tested in this certification comes from the Physiology of Sport and Exercise and Essentials of Strength and Conditioning textbooks. These are the same textbooks utilized in college exercise physiology courses and in some graduate programs.

The SPI Personal Fitness Trainer Certification course is an intensive program and highly recognized in the fitness industry. As such, the expectation of the Master’s program is well beyond that which you may have witnessed or experienced in the past. Your dedicated effort will be required, but we know that successful completion of this program will put you in the top 1/10th of 1 percent of all personal trainers in the industry. The work will pay off!

Synopsis:

Do you ever wonder why some personal trainers earn $35 an hour while others make $100 an hour and others make much, much more? It all stems from knowledge. Knowledge is power! If you want to be the “best of the best” and earn $100 an hour and more, you need the SPI Master’s Certificate Personal Fitness Trainer, the pinnacle of the fitness industry.

Includes:

  • Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning Textbooks
  • Physiology of Sport and Exercise Textbooks
  • Study Guide / Preparation Guidelines
  • Exam

 

Prerequisite:

SPI Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Level I 
SPI Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Level II
SPI Elite Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Level III
SPI Sports Nutrition Certification
One elective course
CPR, First Aid

Requirements:

  • Must complete the course and exam.
  • Must obtain a minimum of 80% to pass the exam
  • 300 documented hours personal training experience


Written and practical exam will be administered to assess the students ability to use the information from all of these courses.  

This is our highest level of certification and develops the personal trainer into a Masters Certified Personal Fitness Trainer Professional.
